Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a must-try experience in Sligo! Grab a giant surfboard, glide along the peaceful water and take in some of the most amazing views Ireland has to offer.

 

Once you've gone through the basics with a friendly instructors, you'll head off on an adventure into Sligo's wild and wonderful landscapes, taking some time away from the busy town.

 

Location options:

River Bonnet

Tour the windng River Bonnet which leads towards Lough Gill. From there, you'll get the opportunity to take in the views of the Ox Mountains and the impressive Dartry Mountain Range. Please note the meeting point for this location option will be provided after purchase.

 

The Garavogue

Make your way though Doorly Park, heading towards the historic Hazelwood Estate and onto Lough Gill. Along the way, you'll be treated to amazing views of the Ox Mountains and the unique Dartry Mountain Range.

 

Each trip is led by a qualified instructor who will share their local knowledge on the areas history and wildlife making the activty one to remember.

This activity is a waterspout therefore a basic level of swimming is required.

Location can vary depending on weather.
