K2 Alpacas is located in Wicklow, the Garden County of Ireland, only 40 minutes from Dublin city center and 50 minutes from Dublin Airport. Conveniently close to major Wicklow attractions, scenic walks, and bike trails. Public transport takes you to Newtownmountkennedy, followed by a short taxi ride. Our farm is rich in wildlife, and our self-catering cottages offer modern comforts while preserving the farm's original charm.

The Kids Alpaca Experience at K2 Alpacas offers a wonderful introduction to farm life for children, allowing them to engage directly with the alpacas in a safe, educational, and fun environment. Designed to be family-friendly, the experience allows kids to get up close with the alpacas, feeding them special treats and learning about their gentle nature. Children will also have the opportunity to walk with the alpacas in the paddock, giving them a hands-on understanding of animal care and behavior.
In addition to the interaction with the alpacas, the experience includes educational talks about the animals, their habitats, and the farm’s sustainable practices. The tour is led by knowledgeable staff who are great with children and ensure that all participants have a fun and informative experience.
